What Hudson Yards bodies need.
We see a specific kind of client out of Hudson Yards: weeknight, 7pm or 8pm, just out of the office, shoulders pinned forward from the desk, hips compressed from the chair, jaw locked from a day of being agreeable. The complaint is rarely glamorous — it's the same set of patterns most desk-bound men carry, accumulated faster in the kind of week Hudson Yards tends to run. Tech, finance, agency, consulting. Different jobs, same tightness through the upper back and the same forward-pulled neck.
The walk over is part of the medicine. Twenty minutes east on 33rd or 34th, then south on 7th or 8th. Twenty-five if you take the long way down 10th past the rail yards. By the time you hit the studio you've already started decompressing — which means your therapist gets to start the real work twenty seconds in instead of fifteen minutes in. The studio is on West 23rd between 6th and 7th, far enough from the Hudson Yards crowd that you've actually left it behind, close enough that the commute back is short.
What we book most for the Hudson Yards crowd: the 90-minute M4M signature, deep tissue, and sports massage. The M4M tier is built for exactly this client — male therapist, full ninety minutes, no clock-watching, both therapeutic and sensual on the table depending on what you want from the session. It's our most-booked Tuesday-through-Thursday evening window. The 90-minute length matters: a 60-minute session can chase the surface tension, but the patterns the Hudson Yards office body builds need a little more time to actually release.
If you train hard outside of work — and a lot of Hudson Yards regulars do, between Equinox memberships and the weekend run club crowd — sports massage is the right session. We treat it as recovery work, not as a beating. The goal is to keep you ahead of injury, not to leave you wrecked the next morning. Mid-week sports work, paired with one therapeutic session every other week, will hold a typical office body together through quarter-end. For broader recovery and bodywork detail, see the male bodywork page.
If you're commuting from the Yards offices and want to make this routine: book a recurring slot on the day of the week you tend to need it most. Most of our weeknight regulars are in once a week or once every two weeks, same therapist, same time slot, on autopay. Call (212) 555-0190 or use the booking page — it takes less time than your next meeting and you'll feel the value by the second visit. If you've never been to a serious bodywork studio before and want to get the lay of the land first, the about page walks through the house, the therapists, and the way we work.
One note for the late-evening Hudson Yards crowd specifically: we're open until 11pm Monday through Saturday, 9pm on Sunday. That late-evening window exists because clients in this neighborhood need it. A 9pm appointment after a 7pm dinner is a normal booking here, not a special request. The walk back uptown after a 90-minute session is, frankly, the second-best part of the night.
A practical note about the Hudson Yards office body specifically: forty hours a week at a desk is more than the spine and shoulders were ever designed to absorb. The work isn't about chasing soreness once it gets loud — it's about keeping ahead of the patterns before they become injuries. Most of our weekly Hudson Yards regulars don't come in with a specific complaint anymore; they come in to maintain. That's the right model. If you've never built a regular bodywork rhythm into your week and you spend most of your day at a screen, read the service menu to see what each session targets. We're happy to talk through which makes sense as a weekly anchor and which to rotate in monthly. Booking the rhythm is half the work.

Real notes from clients who walk over after work. See all reviews →
N°01Deep Tissue“Finally a place in New York that doesn't make you feel like you need to justify being there. Marcus gave me the best deep tissue I've had in the city. Booked again before I left.”
N°02M4M Massage“The M4M session was something else. A real ninety minutes with a male therapist who knew what he was doing — completely present, no clock-watching, no rushing. I've been back three times. The kind of thing you describe to a friend and they don't quite believe you until they try it.”
N°03M4M Massage“Did the 90 minute M4M for my birthday. Hard to describe how different it feels having a male therapist who's actually present the whole ninety minutes. The pacing, the attention, the intent — completely different category of session.”

Hudson Yards questions.
About twenty-two minutes from the Vessel. Eighteen from the western edge of the Hudson Yards offices on 30th Street. East on 33rd or 34th, then south on 7th or 8th Avenue. Easy walk, mostly flat, well-lit at all hours.
Honestly, walking is fine. The 7 train goes the wrong direction. If you really want to ride: walk to the C/E at 34th Street and 8th Avenue, take it one stop to 23rd. Door to door it ends up about the same as walking.
Yes. Tuesday through Thursday between 7pm and 10pm is one of our busiest windows specifically because of the Hudson Yards crowd. Book by 5pm for evening availability — we hold same-day slots open but they go fast.
If you want the most direct relief, deep tissue. If you want a full ninety-minute reset that's both therapeutic and sensual, the M4M signature. If you train hard outside of work, sports massage will keep you in better shape than either.
Street parking on 23rd between 6th and 7th is occasionally possible but unreliable on weeknights. Garages near 6th Avenue and 22nd Street are the closest paid options. Walking from Hudson Yards is genuinely faster.
We don't run a formal corporate program, but we have plenty of clients on weekly recurring bookings paid with corporate cards. Call us if your office wants to set something up — happy to discuss.
