Privacy
Policy. Plain.
We take discretion seriously — it's the whole point of how we run the studio. This page explains what we collect when you contact or book us, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it. Plain language. No surprises.
N°01
Who We Are
Chelsea Touch is a gay-owned massage studio at 140 W 23rd Street in Chelsea, New York City. When this page says "we," "us," or "Chelsea Touch," that's who we mean. When it says "you," it means anyone visiting this site or contacting us about a session.
N°02
What We Collect
We only collect what we need to run the studio. That comes down to three buckets:
- Booking and contact info. Your name, phone number, email, the session you want, the date and time, and any notes you choose to share (preferred pressure, areas of focus, things to know).
- Messages you send us. Anything you type into the contact form, send by email, or text to our studio number.
- Basic site data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, page visited, timestamp) so we can keep the site running and spot abuse. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics.
N°03
How We Use It
We use your information for exactly these purposes:
- To confirm and prepare for your session.
- To reach you about scheduling — confirmations, changes, cancellations, and the occasional reminder.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To keep our records straight for legitimate business reasons (taxes, accounting, fraud prevention).
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with marketers, data brokers, or any party that wants to repackage it. Ever.
N°04
Discretion
Discretion is the studio's house rule, not a feature. We don't post client names. We don't acknowledge clients in public unless they greet us first. We don't confirm to anyone — partner, employer, anyone — whether someone is or isn't a client.
Our staff are trained to keep the room and what happens inside it private. If you have specific privacy concerns (a name to avoid using, a contact method to prefer or avoid), tell us when you book and we'll honor it.
N°05
Who Sees Your Information
Inside Chelsea Touch, your information is visible only to the small handful of people who need it to run your booking — the front-of-house team and your therapist. It isn't posted, shared, or discussed beyond that.
Outside the studio, the only third parties involved are the everyday infrastructure providers we use to operate: our website host, our email provider, and our payment processor when you pay by card. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy obligations and only see what they need to do their job.
We will only release information to law enforcement when we are legally required to do so by a valid order, and we'll push back on overbroad requests when we can.
N°06
How Long We Keep It
Booking and contact records are kept for as long as they're useful for ongoing client care and required by law (typically a few years for tax and accounting purposes), then deleted. Casual contact-form messages are deleted once the conversation is resolved.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email hello@chelseatouch.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time, except where law requires us to keep specific records longer.
N°07
Your Rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Show you what we have on file for you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information (subject to legal limits).
- Stop contacting you.
Email hello@chelseatouch.com or call (212) 555-0190. No special form, no fee.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the studio changes how it operates. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged here when they happen.
